Stopped here on our way back to Sydney from further north. Needed something relatively cheap but also comfortable as the wife was 7 months pregnant. Had a late check in and the staff were in regular contact to understand our requirements. This was great.

Easy 5 stars for us, tiny issues- shower water pressure and bed bit soft to what im used to but still nice and hot water and large shower, bed and room was clean. Free undercover parking, staff where all friendly, bit of a walk to breakfast at Sharks for the disabled or not abled people but that was great selection too- even ice cream which our child loved!
We would definitely stay here again, and for the review of the scent in the lobby- yes it is very pleasant 😊
Incredible, friendly and helpful staff who were so accommodating (as I had flown to be with my son in ICU at the time). Short walk from the hospital, premises were stunning, clean and inviting. staff were all beautifully presented and it was lovely to return at the end of the night to a very comfortable sleep.
Rooms only get a 4 star rating because walls were very thin (I could hear conversation in the next room) and door didn't block out any hallway noise.
This clean, modern hotel is well located. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Undercover car parking, lift access to our floor and the Sharks restaurant next door made our stay very easy. We would highly recommend it for both business and leisure.

Rooms are very clean and nice. We stayed only 4 nights, and we did not have room cleaning but the staff at the reception desk were friendly. There is a nice terrace on the roof where they have a bar and you can eat very good pizza and listen good music.
